Channel distributor TD SYNNEX announced that Patrick Zammit will become CEO, succeeding the retiring Rich Hume. Hume will remain on TD SYNNEX’s board of directors. The leadership transition is effective September 1.

Zammit, who served as company COO since January 2024, brings experience and a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence. Zammit helped coordinate company business strategy, driving profitable growth and accelerating the adoption of new, high-growth technology worldwide.
