TD SYNNEX Updates Destination AI Program

TD SYNNEX (NYSE:SNX), a global distributor and solutions aggregator, announced the next evolution of its global Destination AI program. Destination AI is designed to modernize partner go-to-market strategy, helping them to capitalize on the demand for AI-enabled solutions.

With this, TD SYNNEX created the Destination AI Solution Grid. This visual framework connects partners with areas of AI opportunity that are aligned with their current capabilities and goals. The new methodology coordinates with Destination AI’s existing partner-tiering system, which identifies partners as “aware,” “ready” or “expert” in AI, then maps AI-native and AI-enabled solutions from leading vendors and technology verticals onto a grid. This reflects both the solution’s technical complexity and sales sophistication.

“Partners know they need to invest in AI but identifying where to start and how to scale isn’t easy in the ever-changing market,” said TD SYNNEX VP of AI and digital transformation strategy, Ed Morales. “By leveraging our deep industry expertise and close relationships with leading AI vendors, we’ve evolved Destination AI to meet the customized needs of our partners and simplify their AI go-to-market journeys. Our North America team has launched the Solution Grid, which now serves as a key pillar of this effort by providing a way for partners to visualize their AI journey, match opportunities to their strengths and scale their practice with confidence.”

As part of the program enhancements, TD SYNNEX introduced the Destination AI Partner Assessment tool. This readiness evaluation identifies partner AI maturity to provide alignment with solutions that match via the Solution Grid. The assessment provides a guided entry point into the AI market that is based on technical capability and sales readiness.

TD SYNNEX is also deepening its internal AI investment by prioritizing AI-focused training and upskilling for co-workers, specifically through its Global Specialized Skills curriculum and newly launched class of internal Destination AI champions that serve as cross-functional experts and advocates for the program.

The enhancements are now available to all partners, worldwide.
