Tech Valley Communications (TVC), a facilities-based telecommunications service provider operating fiber optic networks in Upstate New York and Northern New England with connectivity to Canada, has announced that its CEO, Kevin O’Connor , and CNO, James Capuano, will serve as panelists for COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2013 Convention & EXPO, taking place Monday, Sept. 23-26 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, Florida.
O’Connor will participate in the panel, “Show Me the Money: Exploring the Market for M&As and Financing for Growth,” on Wed., Sept. 25 at 10 a.m. in Sun Ballroom C. Speakers will discuss leveraging M&A for growth and exit strategies, trends in valuation, the current market for communications companies and factors to consider when selecting a financing arrangement.
Capuano will participate in “Broadband Deployment: Removing Barriers and Obstacles,” which is scheduled for Tues., Sept. 24 at 2:30 p.m. in Sun Ballroom C and will discuss issues related to deploying networks and strategies for urban and rural markets.
