Telesystem has added Laura Kennedy to its indirect sales team, as an Elite Agent Coordinator, supporting the company’s master agent partners.
Kennedy has been with Telesystem since 2016, based out of Telesystem’s West Chester, Pa. office. Previously a member of the sales support team, Kennedy will now serve as dedicated support for Telesystem’s partner program, coordinating administrative and marketing resources.
“Laura is an exceptionally talented individual that I have watched grow and thrive over her first two years at Telesystem,” said Bruce Wirt, vice president of channel sales. “This position is vital to the success of our rapidly growing Elite Agent Program, which saw the addition of four national master agents in Q4 2017. Laura is extremely well-organized, a diligent and goal oriented worker, and I have no doubt that she will develop positive relationships with her peers in the channel.”
Telesystem’s partner program is supported by regional channel managers (RCMs) that work consultatively with partners and their customers. Kennedy’s role allows the Telesystem RCM team to focus on sales-related activity, while she will plan and execute co-hosted activities, evaluate success rates, produce joint marketing collateral and on-board new agents, among other duties.
