Telesystem, a national provider of security, networking and communication solutions, recently expanded its partner program with three new regional channel managers: Vincent Gagliardi, Justin Jones and Cherishe Simmons. The move comes as part of the company’s effort to expand its channel team coast to coast. Gagliardi will oversee the Smoky Mountain region, while Jones and Simmons will handle the Midwest and Pacific Northwest, respectively.
“The addition of these experienced, successful channel managers affirms our continued commitment to the partner ecosystem. We believe that quality people in focused territories provide a customer and partner experience that far exceeds our competition,” said James Maloney, president. “Telesystem generates over 90 percent of our business through the channel, and the best way to build trust with partners is to be easy to do business with. We want to provide partners tools that make business easy in addition to providing an unmatched customer and partner experience.”
Telesystem has doubled the size of its channel partner program in the last 24 months, while also collecting several industry accolades. This year, the company received two Visionary Spotlight Awards from ChannelVision Magazine, including for Customer Service and Multi-Location Deployments, which recognizes technical expertise in delivering complex, scalable solutions for geographically dispersed businesses.
In addition, Telesystem was awarded the Internet Telephony Channel Program Excellence award and was recently named to CRN’s MSP 500 and Tech Elite 250 lists for its technical certification leadership and growth across the IT industry.
