Telesystem, a national provider of managed solutions, announced the creation of two positions in the back office designed to give greater focus and attention on service delivery.
Lori Graber (pictured) has been promoted to Director, Service Delivery – Order and Billing Management, and Todd Crooks has been promoted to Senior Manager, Field and Network Operations Engineering.
Graber, a board member for the Alliance of Channel Women (ACW), joined Telesystem in 2019 as Manager of Sales Operations, and prior to that served as Director of Sales Operations at NetCarrier. She also has served on the event planning committee, the membership committee and is the Finance Chair at ACW.
In her new role at Telesystem, Graber will be responsible for implementing MACD (customer moves, adds, changes, and disconnects), billing and carrier management teams.

Crooks is a 22-year veteran of the Telesystem team. He began as a commercial installation technician and worked his way through the ranks. In his new role, Crooks is responsible for equipment procurement, data operations engineering, installation technicians and the voice operations team.
During his tenure at Telesystem, he has been recognized many times for his spirit of teamwork and leadership.
