Telinta and Vida Global, a leading AI agent operating system, have partnered to bring intelligent multi-language, multimodal AI agent capabilities to telecom service providers using Telinta’s hosted softswitch and billing platform. The integration enables service providers to add AI agents to hosted PBX, SIP trunking, UCaaS, and VoIP calling via brandable mobile and desktop softphones, WebRTC and other business telecom services.
Vida AI agents answer inbound calls with intelligent, natural language responses informed by the end user’s knowledge base and CRM data. During a call, agents can send SMS messages with links to make purchases, access documentation, book reservations or complete other online transactions. Agents also place outbound calls from predefined lists and return missed calls automatically, so that no customer interaction is lost.
