SD-WAN specialist TELoIP Inc has named Roger Davis as CEO, while Ed Shepherdson has been named chief success officer.
Davis has had a varied career serving as an investor, advisor and board member of start-up companies, as well as holding positions ar AT&T, Networks Services Group and the International Group. Davis met TELoIP while serving as mentor for MaRS Discovery District clients and became a major investor and board member.
Offering managed SD-WAN solutions through a network of channel partners, TELoIP provides networking-as-a-service for medium and small business customers throughout North America.

Shepherdson meanwhile brings 25 years of experience in building and delivering enterprise and SaaS software solutions. He was previously executive vice president of products and services for Kinaxis, and senior vice president of customer success and business optimization for Coveo.
