Video conferencing specialist Tely Labs has announced details of its channel momentum for the first three quarters of 2014, adding distributors Synnex, ScanSource, Ingram Micro and Tech Data in the United States and Canada. Most recently, the company has signed Westcon for distribution throughout EMEA.
“Tely Labs is channel focused,” said Larry Whitney, CEO of Western Audio Video, an AV, security and communications integrator in the San Francisco Bay Area. “As their business grows, they’re growing their distribution footprint and that makes it easier to do business with them.”
Responding to increasing demand for its plug-and-play, standards-based video conferencing solutions, Tely Labs has simplified its channel program to suit a broader reseller market. Channel sales of the company’s flagship product, telyHD Pro, have increased by 400 percent since January, th company said.
“We’re taking Tely Labs through its next growth phase. Partnering with the top names in distribution, who can help us scale to meet broad demand, is an important part of that strategy,” said Rob Claus, vice president of sales for the United States and Canada. “Our channel partners know that Tely is a natural choice for IT decision makers who need to watch the bottom line but are looking for interoperability with traditional video conferencing systems.”
