Building on an existing relationship, value-added distribution giant Ingram Micro has signed up to the Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC) Partner Program, expanding its IT services portfolio to include the communications provider’s suite of advanced voice and data services.
TWCBC offerings will be part of Ingram Micro’s recently announced Cloud Telecom Services, so that Ingram Micro’s U.S. channel partners will be able to access TWCBC’s portfolio of data and voice communications through the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace.
“The IT services landscape is shifting rapidly and accelerating the convergence between telecom services and traditional IT services,” noted Renee Bergeron, vice president of managed services and cloud computing for the Services Division at Ingram Micro North America. “Our new Cloud Telecom Services featuring TWCBC addresses the market need and helps simplify success for our channel partners by enabling them to more easily resell and manage telecom services together with other technologies that connect to networks such as cloud, mobile and storage,” she said.
“We believe our partner program is among the best in the industry and the addition of Ingram Micro is further evidence of our growing presence,” said Jim Delis, group vice president of national sales at Time Warner Cable Business Class. “We’re excited to align with a well-respected company like Ingram Micro and look forward to providing our portfolio of products to their robust channel partner community.”
The TWCBC Partner Program includes several master agents in the program as well.
