TNCI Operating Company has named Sarah Graham Linares as the new vice president of revenue assurance and vendor relations at TNCI.
Linares brings almost 30 years of experience to her new position at TNCI. She previously served as the vice president of revenue assurance for Globalinx, and before that, at Globalinx acquisition TMC Communications, for a decade. She also worked at RSL Communications.
While with Globalinx, Linares took over billing and achieved 99 percent accuracy, according to TNCI. She developed a system that provided a holistic approach to revenue assurance that involved all employees and awarded them for saving money, improving processes and reducing attrition. In her days with RSL Communications, Linares and her team created a data warehouse and user interface to support wholesale customer rates to manage margin with daily usage reporting.

Linares’ primary responsibilities will include managing vendor relations, regulatory efforts, revenue assurance, analytics, pricing and usage product development. She will work to implement systems and processes that improve TNCI’s visibility to the business and improve processes that assure optimal margin and revenue. As the company continues to grow organically and through acquisition, Linares said that she looks forward to using her expertise to find the best of class systems, vendors and processes to ensure TNCI’s continued scalability.
