In an effort to expand its channel and customer support, Whaleback Managed Services has opened two new sales offices in Chicago and Atlanta. Whaleback says it also is addressing increased demand for its CrystalBlue Cloud-based Managed Unified Communications Services by establishing a presence in the two regions.
The new offices are part of the company’s broader, long-term plan for local office expansion throughout the U.S.
The MSP’s CrystalBlue Partner Program provides channel programs and packages that are designed for a variety of partners. These include enterprise cloud and voice MSPs as well as telecom carriers, interconnect companies, IT services firms, telecom and data VARS, network systems integrators and sales agents.
Program participation offers participants the opportunity to combine upfront and annuity revenue plans that are tailored to meet a variety of partner profiles and needs. The program also provides go-to-market plans that include leads, marketing tools and sales support, says the company.
“While our resellers and customers span the country, we are seeing strong interest among small and medium sized businesses in the Chicago and Atlanta metro areas for our managed unified communications services,” said Chris Daly, Whaleback Managed Services chief revenue officer. “We want to provide the local ‘feet on the street’ support in those regions to better serve their needs.”
