Wildix, a developer of a web-based unified communications and collaboration solution, announced the addition of partners to its global network this year. Wildix’s partner growth comes during a time in which the company is seeing significant growth with its hardware-as-a-service (HwaaS) solution. The number of end-users using its HWaaS solution has increased by 528 percent since December 2020, and the number of partners with Wildix HWaaS subscriptions has increased by nearly 300 percent.
Wildix’s HWaaS solution started in 2019, and while Wildix still provides hardware as a capital expenditure, its move to offering hardware as an operating expenditure delivers a number of benefits, including regular updates, outstanding security and continuity of service.
During the past two quarters, Wildix’s internal operations have seen a large amount of activity, beginning with the naming of Timothy Truelove as the Country Manager of the Americas branch of Wildix Inc. As the head of the Americas region market, he leads an international team in efforts to maximize the growth of Wildix and its channel partners with new revenue streams and improved business processes.
Wildix was the recipient of a ChannelVision Magazine “Visionary Spotlight Award” in the “Best Emerging Technology Breakthrough” category for x-hoppers, a solution specifically designed to facilitate better communication between retail employees across all departments and their customers to increase customer conversions and retention. Additionally, Gartner positioned Wildix in the Magic Quadrant for UCaaS for the second year in a row.
Recently, Wildix hosted its Partner Day 2022 in Columbus, Ohio, where top-performing partners met with Wildix team members, participated in panel discussions and received company updates.
“As our world becomes more digital and our workforce more distributed, Wildix is proud of the growth of our partner network, and we are excited to offer them a unified communications platform that prioritizes simplicity, security and functionality,” Truelove said. “By only selling our products and solutions through the channel, we are able to fully commit to the long-term success of our partners, and we look forward to working with them and helping them achieve their business goals.”
Wildix announced the company has integrated its core unified communications platform with Datto’s Autotask PSA solution. The tie-in gives MSPs click-to-call access to clients from directly within one of their most important business applications, among other new capabilities.
Wildix also launched the latest version of its main PBX software, the Wildix Management System (WMS), WMS 6. The version offers the security and usability of previous releases with several new components designed to further improve business efficiency.
Wildix will highlight the latest transformations of the market and unveil its newest product updates and releases at its virtual UC&C Summit. This year’s UC&C Summit will focus on overcoming the scarcity of new business opportunities and protecting the business by moving to a sustainable, channel-led only solution. The 2023 Summit will take place on January 17. Registration information can be found here. For more information, visit Wildix.com.
