ZenFi Networks and Cross River Fiber have closed their merger agreement, officially establishing an innovative infrastructure company serving the New York and New Jersey metro region.
The combined company, which will operate as ZenFi Networks, is committed to meeting the demand for next generation network access by building, owning, and maintaining a world-class fiber optic network, distributed colocation, and wireless siting solutions for enterprise, carrier and wireless operators.

Scalable network: The merger creates a new regional network spanning 700 route miles of fiber optic network, 119 on-net buildings, 47 colocation facilities and nearly 6,000 outdoor wireless locations under contract. In addition, the company owns 3 unique, special purpose tower sites that enable the high frequency trading industry.
Expanded product portfolio: ZenFi Networks will continue to offer fiber optic network, distributed colocation, and wireless siting solutions throughout New York and the New Jersey metro region, along with lit services previously offered by Cross River Fiber.
Team of experienced builders: With over 30 plus years of combined experience building and operating communications networks in New York and the New Jersey metro region, ZenFi Networks is now the area’s most experienced communications infrastructure builder and is at the forefront of technological innovation.
ZenFi Networks will continue to be led by the combined management team. Victoria Lamberth will serve as chief revenue officer, while Michael Brescio will serve as chief financial officer. Rob Sokota will act as chief administration officer.
