Zift Solutions, a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) and Through-Channel Marketing Automation (TCMA) platform, introduced the ZiftONE AI Assistant. This generative AI solution is designed to provide partners with content discovery and guidance via an enhanced partner portal.
The result, it noted, is a partner experience that boosts productivity in order to give suppliers more of a competitive edge.
The ZiftONE AI Assistant addresses resource constraints, which it calls an industry-wide struggle, by leveraging AI to create a virtual channel account manager. This assists partners in discovering the right content for their needs and guiding “best action” for tasks to bolster productivity with fewer resources and better serve partner programs.
