Zip announced its Intake-to-Procure platform is available on SAP Store, the online marketplace for SAP and partner offerings. Zip integrates with SAP Ariba, SAP’s spend management software solution that is purpose-built to streamline payment workflows.
Zip Intake-to-Procure combined with the SAP Ariba procure-to-pay solution gives customers a best-in-class, end-to-end purchasing workflow with a consumer-style user experience. This allows businesses to increase compliance with procurement policies, drive more spend requests through Ariba and realize greater spend control.

The Zip-Ariba integration unifies the previously disjointed I2P and P2P processes. By offering an option for companies looking to address cross-functional intake and approvals, Zip complements and augments the established Ariba P2P processes that companies have in place.
Ariba customers can begin the intake process with Zip – automatically gathering the appropriate approvals they need from stakeholders – before being directed back to SAP Ariba to complete the P2P process.
