Zoom recently announced the availability of its Zoom Developer Pack for resale and referral partners. The add-on pack for Zoom Workplace is designed to enable enterprises and developers to tap into Zoom Realtime Media Streams (RTMS) and quality of service subscription (QSS) products. The expanded availability is intended to empower partners to deliver greater value to customers by offering integrated solutions that drive collaboration, innovation and high-performing applications, the company said.
Zoom RTMS offers developers and organizations secure, real-time access to audio, video and transcript data from Zoom Meetings, transforming live content into structured data streams that power AI-first applications, automate workflows and unlock real-time context. In addition, Zoom’s QSS is designed to provide near-real-time network performance data for faster troubleshooting and optimized user experiences, officials said.
“Since launching in June, Fortune 10 and leading technology customers have already deployed RTMS-powered AI solutions to hundreds of thousands of users,” said Steven Li, GM and head of builder ecosystem at Zoom. “With the Zoom Developer Pack now available through our global partner ecosystem, we’re making it easier for developers everywhere to harness RTMS and QSS to build smarter, more reliable, and more connected experiences for customers.”
The Developer Pack is available now via Zoom’s channel partners.
