Zultys has added a special program to help Toshiba resellers struggling with the company’s recent decision to exit the telecommunications market space.
“We were just as shocked as everybody else when Toshiba made their announcement,” said Steve Francis, chief sales and marketing officer for Zultys. “With so many of Toshiba’s VARs concerned about their livelihood once the company ceases to provide their communication solution products in May, Zultys felt like we wanted to offer to help these companies.”
As part of the special program, Zultys will be offering to streamline the process for any Toshiba partner who wishes to become a Zultys partner. Zultys offers new partners free technical training and support from their in-house sales engineering team to install new solutions. Zultys will also match prices for any ongoing Toshiba deal the reseller has currently quoted and will be offering special base change out pricing to upgrade the customer base. This special pricing applies whether the customer requires the Zultys premise solution or our hosted solution.
“We understand that many Toshiba resellers are now desperately looking for a new business communication offering to replace the product line that many in the telecommunications channel have built their business around; and we believe that Zultys’ solution could be the right choice,” Francis said. “We want to enable these businesses to make a switch to a new solution as quickly and painlessly as possible.”
