Contact center specialist Aspect Software has added North America channel partner Waterfield Technologies which will deliver custom software development, self service automation services and mobile application portfolios to the mix.
Waterfield was already a Voxeo Master Reseller, developing custom business applications on Voxeo’s platform. Waterfield is now expanding to offer Aspect’s suite of customer contact and workforce optimization solutions.
