Scottsdale-based Telesphere, a provider of cloud-based unified-communications-as-a-service (UCaaS), has promoted vice president of finance and corporate controller Tamara Saunders as CFO, overseeing Telesphere’s finance and human resource functions.
She brings to the position a background in corporate finance in both public and private companies, M&A transactions, corporate governance and expertise in process improvement and team leadership.

Saunders joined Telesphere in August 2011 and has more than 15 years experience in finance and accounting. Prior to joining Telesphere, she spent six years with iLinc Communications, Inc. in Phoenix as the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. She began her career at Arthur Andersen, working in both their Dallas and London offices.
She is also a CPA licensed in the state of Texas and holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
