IT infrastructure assessment and optimization software provider Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (ISI) has launch of the Channel Partner Support Library. The Web-based library provides the latest marketing, sales support, and technical documentation for ISI’s suite of products, including Snapshot and ISISCon.
Snapshot and ISISCon are aimed at partners looking to deliver sophisticated cloud, virtualization and consolidation solutions; hosting, managed services and Internet services; and commercial software, hardware, and storage solutions. Also, partners can use the software suite to maintain and monitor complex IT environments for clients ranging from private companies to large enterprise organizations in the private and public sectors.
Partners can incorporate the library materials into their own sales presentations, advertising and lead-generation programs, helping them differentiate the level of service they can offer clients. In addition, the new Web-based partner support library contains step-by-step engagement documentation to help partners use Snapshot and ISISCon to solve customer issues and deliver the best results. It provides access to the most current installation, planning and technical support information available from ISI pre-sales support, and the company says it is “updated frequently.”
