The acquisition enhances COEO’s existing strengths in managed networking while adding S-NET’s AI-powered contact center platform with features like conversational self-service, real-time agent guidance and customer sentiment analysis. S-NET brings a fully integrated platform of managed network and cloud communications services including SD-WAN, SASE, managed firewall, UCaaS, CCaaS, direct internet access and managed IT services, along with specialized expertise serving hospitality, QSR and franchise and healthcare customers.
