No-BS Sales & Marketing Workshop Comes to CVxEXPO26

Most channel partners don’t need another session telling them to prospect more, send more emails, post more frequently on LinkedIn, or “do marketing.” They need a focused and executable sales and marketing plan. “Stop Guessing, Start Selling,” presented live at CVxEXPO26 on November 17, is a hands-on, two-part workshop designed to help attendees build a practical and targeted sales and marketing strategy around the markets, buyers and opportunities they are most likely to win.

Led by Ronnell Richards, founder of Sayless Academy and Business & Bourbon and author of Shut the Hell Up & Sell, along with channel marketing sales and marketing strategist MeiLee Langley, Founder of Channelogic, “Stop Guessing, Start Selling” is not a lecture or your typical breakout session. Rather, participants will define and prioritize their strongest ICPs; build target account and buyer lists; sharpen their messaging; create an offer that gives prospects a reason to engage; and map the channels, touchpoints, and follow-up needed to turn outreach into conversations and pipeline.

Richards and Langley know all too well that most channel partners did not start their businesses with a formal sales and marketing strategy. More typically, they started selling, built relationships and then tried different marketing tactics. They attended events, sent emails, made calls, posted on LinkedIn, and followed opportunities wherever they appeared.

“That can work for a while. But over time, random acts of sales and marketing create an equally random pipeline,” said Richards. “The result is often inconsistent revenue, wasted time and money, broad targeting, disconnected messaging, and a funnel that is difficult to predict or sustain.”

This two-hour interactive workshop is designed to help partners change that. Attendees will build specific ICP buckets and identify where they have the strongest opportunity to win, identify business problems and buying triggers, use AI and personalization to improve outreach, build an executable 30-day sales and marketing calendar, and much more.

“By the end of the workshop, attendees will not just understand how to build a smarter sales and marketing strategy. They will have one,” said Langley.

“Stop wasting time and money on random acts of sales and marketing,” added Richards “Come with something you want to sell. Leave with a targeted plan built to help you sell it.”
