Brite, a leading provider of managed IT services and cybersecurity solutions, has announced the acquisition of Xobee Networks, a Fresno, California-based provider of managed IT and cybersecurity services.
The acquisition broadens Brite’s platform and gives the company a significant operating presence on the West Coast. The combination will provide customers of both companies with access to an expanded range of managed services, security capabilities and technical resources. The transaction marks SSC’s second investment in the managed services sector.
For three decades, Xobee has delivered managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and communications services to businesses of all sizes. The company designs, implements and manages technology environments that keep clients secure, efficient and ready to scale, with predictable costs and 24/7 support. The combined company pairs proactive IT management with cybersecurity services such as managed detection and response, security monitoring, compliance support, backup and disaster recovery.
