ACW Appoints 2025-26 Board of Directors

The Alliance of Channel Women (ACW) nonprofit, which focuses on accelerating female leadership growth in the indirect channel of the telecom and IT industry, announced its 2025-26 board of directors.

This body includes two newly elected board members – Holly B. Hunt (VP of channel sales – east North America, Cipher and ACW communications committee chair) and Mel Kolinski (director of channel development, Ostra Cybersecurity, co-chair of ACW’s events committee and co-moderator for ACW’s local Minnesota chapter) – who will each serve two-year terms that begin in January 2025.

“We’re pleased to welcome these two incredible women to the ACW leadership team,” said ACW president, Mayka Rosales-Peterson (VP of marketing, LAVA Technology Services). “Both have contributed to ACW’s growth and success as volunteer leaders of our Committees and Local Chapters. We look forward to their contributions as we celebrate our 15th year of empowering channel women.”

Rosales-Peterson, it was noted, has served as ACW’s president for one year and will continue in that role in 2025. She is joined by three additional officers that serve the second year of their terms:

  • VP – Akilah Murrell (senior manager of channel marketing, 360insights)
  • Treasurer – Ashley Cole (senior channel manager, AppDirect and ACW finance committee chair)
  • Secretary – Sommer Figone (senior manager, marketing, RapidScale and ACW events committee chair)

Returning board members include:

  • Madison Beedy (national channel manager, EarthLink and ACW sponsorship committee chair)
  • Staci Corbett (senior manager, channel marketing, Fusion Connect and ACW DEI&B committee chair)
  • Tracy Hali (VP of sales operations, Intelisys and ACW mentorship and local chapters committees member)
  • Maureen O’Connell (senior director of national partner sales, Comcast Business and local chapters committee chair)
  • Jackie Steinberg (channel chief, DartPoints and ACW awards committee co-chair)

ACW also acknowledges the extraordinary contributions of outgoing board members, including:

  • Brittany Caito (national partner director, Nextiva and ACW technology committee chair)
  • Amanda Jardine (VP of partner marketing, GoTo and ACW education committee co-chair and chair)

“We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Brittany Caito and Amanda Jardine for their contributions to advancing ACW’s mission,” said ACW VP, Murrell. “Their leadership and dedication have been invaluable to keeping the ACW community going strong after 15 years.”
