The Agent Alliance announces Dallas-based cloud specialist eXemplify Group as its newest Class A shareholder.

eXemplify Group was founded in 2002 by Robert Hayes as a specialist in helping client businesses source, select, implement and support telecom and IT products and services with an emphasis in developing cloud migration strategies. With a nationwide customer base, Hayes continues to drive the company’s leadership and growth as CEO, and will personally serve as eXemplify Group’s representative within the Agent Alliance ranks.

The addition means that the consortium has met and exceeded its 12-month recruitment plan, ending the year with a total 18 member companies. Power added that eXemplify Group’s expertise in cutting edge cloud based technology is a natural fit.
