After successful ventures in the retail and insurance industries, Bauman changed fields and began his career in telecom at Texium in 2014, where he spent eight years on the Sales & Account Management team.
While at Texium, Bauman specialized in WAN optimization, SD-WAN, cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and voice and data, focusing on multilocation customers. After leaving Texium, he was invited by AireSpring SVP Channel Sales John Young to join the AireSpring team.
