AireSpring has appointed Greg Haines as its new director of service assurance.
Moving forward, Haines will focus on fulfilling AireSpring’s commitment to partner support while ensuring that customers enjoy the full benefit of AireSpring’s white glove service.
Haines joins AireSpring following 20 years at TPx, where he oversaw service installations and agent relations. During this period, he was involved in migrating newly acquired customers gained through multiple TPx acquisitions. He was instrumental in developing a one-stop repair shop for TPx’s hosted PBX solution.
Haines began his career in telecom during his military service with the U.S. Army, then worked for TCG in Dallas as a Field Operations Supervisor until their acquisition by AT&T. He was then recruited to join TelePacific — later renamed TPx — in Los Angeles.
Combining his knowledge of the AireSpring suite of products, together with the channel partner experience and the customer perspective, Mr. Haines will work to keep his team up-to-date on new technologies and the most current training opportunities.
