AireSpring Updates AirePBX Cloud Hosted Business Phone System

AireSpring has announced the release of an update to its AirePBX Cloud Business Phone System’s CommPortal User Interface.

AirePBX CommPortal has undergone a thorough GUI refresh, giving the program a more modern, updated look while retaining its features and functions.

The major feature update for this release introduces support for 911 Emergency Call Notification. System administrators can identify up to five individuals to be immediately notified by phone call, email or both whenever an individual within the organization makes a 911 emergency call.

The feature enables organizations to make others immediately aware of the call as well as any potential emergency situation, and in the event the caller was not able to convey their location or extent of the emergency, other staff would be able to direct first responders as to where the emergency is and other vital information.

While any organization may benefit from this capability, it is especially useful for customers in health care facilities such as assisted living; government; schools and other institutional facilities.

AireSpring’s new CommPortal user interface (UI) provides these additional key benefits to users:

  • More intuitive interaction and restructured dashboard for easier access.

These upgraded features to AirePBX CommPortal are carefully designed to enhance user experience without any loss of functionality.
