Anomali Hires New VP of Global Channel Sales

AI-powered security operations platform Anomali appointed Micheal McCollough as VP of global channel sales.

In this role, McCollough will help global partners modernize security operations, drive channel growth, foster partner relationships to promote security operations and scale its global partner ecosystem.

McCollough brings more than two decades of international executive leadership experience, including successful channel transformations with Imperva and Akamai.

“Anomali recently helped a global financial institution install Anomali Copilot and replace its legacy visibility tool set (ETL, SIEM, etc.) while reducing cost from ~$10M to ~$5M per annum,” said Anthony Aurigemma, CRO of Anomali. “Together with progressive global customers and partners, Anomali is a modern and different way of managing security while helping better retain key security talent. Micheal’s extensive experience and proven track record in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships will be invaluable as we continue to grow our global footprint and strengthen our partner-first channel ecosystem.”

McCollough led Imperva’s global channel organization for three years, driving partner engagement, revenue growth and strategic alliances. Prior to that, he spent seven years with Akamai, where he was global VP of channels and alliances. He has also held leadership positions with Dell Technologies and Schlumberger.

“I’m thrilled to join Anomali and lead the global expansion of our unmatched security operations platform through strategic channel partnerships,” said McCollough. “By combining our industry-leading solution with a world-class channel program, we will drive growth, unlock new revenue streams, and redefine cyber defense standards.”

Anomali’s security operations platform modernizes and consolidates delivery of legacy security analytics solutions – including ETL, SIEM, XDR, SOAR and TIP – into an integrated solution. The platform enables CIOs and CISOs to achieve actioned visibility while reducing security incidents and event data storage costs. At its center is an omnipresent, intelligent Anomali Copilot that automates tasks and seamlessly reports to management in seconds.
