ANPI has announced its hosted unified communications (UC) solution, ANPI VIP, which incorporates mobile access, content sharing and conferencing with system features such as advanced call routing, call recording, fax, video, chat and Web meetings.
The offering will be ready for general availability via the company’s channel partners starting Sept. 16.

ANPI VIP also contains an e-commerce engine featuring a three-step ordering process that streamlines complicated sales efforts. ANPI VIP also simplifies the administration and monitoring needs for customers through the use of the widget-based customer portal, which allows users to control every aspect of their system and user experience.
Ram Narayanaswamy, ANPI CIO/CTO, led multiple interdepartmental teams of user interface designers, software developers and network engineers to build ANPI VIP. The goal was to combine all aspects of business communications technology into one solution to save customers the time and effort historically associated with sourcing and managing disparate systems while also solving the administrative burden.
