ANPI has launched the “Perspectives on Delivery of Service” series of educational events to help its channel partnners prepare a customer for migration to a hosted UC solution.
The series will then continue over the next few months with webinars and content to help ANPI partners to enhance their network expertise and help move prospects to a high-performing hosted UC solution.
For instance, Jason Cummins, vice president of network engineering, will dive into the history of the ANPI carrier-grade network, the redundancy available, advantages over MPLS and understanding customer requirements. Ryan Tadeo, director of sales engineering, will discuss the role of ISP in hosted UC, Quality of Service (Qos) and the needs for the best over-the-top experience.
