ANPI Names Broadview Channel Vet as Biz Dev VP

ANPI has named Shawn Coyle as vice president of business development. Coyle will lead new business development efforts and strategic partnerships for both the carrier and business divisions for the company by fostering, promoting and facilitating cross-selling of company-wide services.

“I am excited to have a key role in the transformation of ANPI to a cloud-communications provider, and I look forward to finding new ways to bring our products to market through strategic partnerships, collaboration and integration,” said Coyle. “ANPI is a thriving company with more than 15 consecutive years of growth.

With more than 80 percent total volume growth over the last three years, ANPI is poised for our highest growth levels in company history. I look forward to being a part of that growth.”

Prior to joining ANPI, Coyle led the development of North American channel strategy at Broadview Networks for both traditional network-based CLEC services and next-generation cloud, hosted, SaaS and VoIP. As managing director of channel sales nationwide, he directed the go-to-market channel strategy, launched Broadview’s cloud offering to the channel, led the company’s expansion nationwide and, most recently, built out its strategic distribution channel.

“Shawn is an experienced technology channel sales executive with expertise in starting, expanding and strengthening channel sales programs with VARs, resellers, systems integrators and distribution partnerships of high-tech products and services,” he said. “At Broadview, Shawn was responsible for the cloud phone system strategy that brought off-the-shelf hosted communications to many national big box retailers. It is his ability to execute coupled with his success record of building a $150 million channel sales program that provides a solid foundation for ANPI’s aggressive growth plans.”
