Arkadin has launched Webcast Elite, which allows businesses to create, publish and analyze audio and video Webcasts in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment. The self-service, on-demand solution, based on the ON24 platform, is geared to the average worker and complements Arkadin’s traditional full-service Webcast solution for larger, more complex events.
“The addition of Webcast Elite to our fully-managed Webcast offer gives our customers the full spectrum of Webcast technology from the market leader,” said Damien Bayle, Arkadin’s managing director of events, business line. “We’re confident the new Elite self-service solution, coupled with our traditional highly personalized managed-service approach, will be a game-changer in making Webcast technology available to a much larger segment of business users.”
Webcast Elite is geared for workers needing to perform multimedia broadcasts directly, and has been engineered to require no training. Audio and video are streamed and played directly from computers or any connected device participants choose to use, including mobile phones and tablets. Applications span sales and marketing campaigns, corporate communications events, training and e-learning initiatives as well as human resource programs such as recruitment and new employee induction activities.
