AT&T’s Residential Internet Service was ranked #1 in J.D. Power’s ranking for the South and North Central regions. The award is consecutively the carrier’s fourth and second, respectively. Study results cited cost of service, communications and promotions, billing and payment options as among its more popular elements.
“Customers always call-in to ask how our Internet services compare to other providers,” said Brandon Long, AT&T Customer Care Sales Consultant. “Yet with so many options, they see our value and choose to do business with us year-after-year. That means a lot.”
AT&T also noted that it is instituting a series of customer-focused changes to promote its service as “top-tier.” Recent enhancements include elements related to speed, value, next-gen technology, security, convenience and personalization.
