AVANT, a TSD that offers a platform for IT decision-making, introduced its next-gen Pathfinder. This technology sales platform offers a customer-facing, business-building platform that emerged from beta following testing and optimization, based on feedback from TAs and vendor partners.

The next-generation Pathfinder platform is built on a faster, future-proofed framework that is designed to help TAs keep up pace with technology changes, driving YOY revenue growth by empowering more confident decision-making. Some of the new features and enhancements available now in the Pathfinder platform include:
- Provider portfolio, whereby TAs benefit from a faster, more intuitive and powerful research experience.
- Vendor analytics, providing peer-to-peer vendor guidance and generating exclusive customer-ready insights, including NPS that is powered by TA-verified sales data.
- Power briefs for generating customizable, branded marketing materials in real time, using content from the provider portfolio.
- Expert recommendations, including analysis from AVANT sales engineers to identify when a particular supplier is a “best fit” for an end-customer solution.
The updated AVANT platform introduces Pathfinder Engage, an exclusive tool for vendors that is designed to enhance collaboration with TAs and their customers. It offers additional reporting and analytics, with varying access tiers. Vendors can create and share custom content about their solutions, helping them showcase their unique value propositions and stand out from competitors.
With the launch, AVANT is also introducing a new back-office tool – dubbed Pathfinder Blue – to enhance the support TAs receive from AVANT’s 90+ NPS scoring partner support and SE teams.
