Avaya has announced the graduation of its inaugural Avaya Academy class, and welcomed the new class of 2019.
Avaya Academy is an immersive rotational development program for new hires in customer-facing functions that prepares these individuals to enter the dynamic digital communications industry with exceptional training, advanced industry knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset.
The graduates’ journey began a year ago, when Avaya recruited 50 talented, motivated and diverse individuals from 15 countries for this 360-degree learning experience. The Academy features rigorous training and credential programs spanning the unified communications and contact center markets, with emphasis on Avaya solutions for cloud and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence. It also incorporates mentorship, hands-on projects, and assignments in the field with partners and customers.
