AvePoint, which provides data security, governance and resilience services, entered into an agreement to acquire Ydentic. This SaaS company specializes in centralized, multi-tenant management for Microsoft MSPs. The strategic acquisition is expected to drive continued evolution for Elements, AvePoint’s MSP platform for improved MSP profitability, operational efficiency, scalability and new security-centric recurring revenue streams.

Ydentic was founded in 2017, an provides MSPs with smart software to automate IT management tasks, enhance processes and extend customer control. This automation allows MSPs to improve value creation, reduce operating cost and eliminate employee knowledge barriers.
