Cybersecurity company Barracuda Networks named Ketan Tailor as chief customer officer (CCO). Tailor has over 20 years of leadership experience, and joins Barracuda at a time in which it continues to elevate CX initiatives amidst the accelerated growth of its cybersecurity platform.

Tailor previously served as VP of global support with Ping Identity, where his leadership helped the company scale global operations and enhance customer satisfaction by creating tiered service offerings that provided right levels of engagement and support. He also served as VP of customer success and support, xMatters, and led support operations across the Americas for Sophos.
