BCN POTS Replacement Solution Speeds Digital Transformation for Customers

BCN has partnered with EPIK  to add their premier POTS replacement solution to the BCN Cloud Voice portfolio.

The solution enables customers to overcome the increasing costs and challenges of traditional analog services for Fire Life Safety (FLS) lines, HIPPA compliant fax lines and more.

BCN’s fully managed and monitored solution, powered by EPIK, provides a digital alternative for these specialty line applications, transforming them into a more cost-effective, cloud-enabled solution that delivers superior reliability and performance. The solution meets or exceeds critical regulatory and compliance requirements including NFPA 72, UL 864, HIPPA, and PCI. B

CN POTS replacement can also provide traditional business line applications as an alternate to copper-based POTS lines.

Customers can choose a device to support up to four or eight lines with features that include redundant internet connectivity, including LTE and broadband, integrated battery back-up providing hours of service uptime during power interruptions, and automatic status notifications via email should the device go offline.
