BlueOSS, which provides cloud billing and provisioning management tools, has launched its fourth-generation Cloud Innovation Suite (CIS), to support telecom service providers and resellers looking to roll out unified communications as a service (UCaaS).

The fourth-generation CIS allows customized commerce, with the ability to integrate diverse cloud solutions and offer bundled product packages based on each customer’s specific needs, to create a customized marketplace. It also features customer portal enhancements, which allow customers to create custom reports, pay invoices, accept payments online and order products from service providers in near real-time. And finally, a business intelligence suite offers transparency from the provider, through the channel to the customer, so companies can make better decisions to improve profitability.
Current customers of the BlueOSS CIS will be automatically upgraded to the new version.
