Master agency Telecom Brokerage Inc. (TBI) has ugraded its digs: the company has moved into a new facility in Chicago to accomodate its expanding support team and growth in headcount overall.
The new TBI headquarters is located in in Triangle Plaza near O’Hare airport, very close to its previous location, and offers TBI room for growth along with new amenities such as a fitness center, convenience center and connected underground parking.
“There are two main reasons we made the decision to move offices. One, we needed more space to grow TBI,” explained TBI President Geoff Shepstone. “Since we provide our agents with dedicated support teams, as we add more partners and aspects to that support structure, we need more personnel to support those partners.”
And the second reason, he said, is that “it was the right time to parallel our first-class support with first-class office space. Our new office recently had a multi-million dollar renovation and we are proud to call it home. We’re looking forward growing TBI here.”
It’st he second move for TBI in two years– it is moving from a location in the Cumberland Metro Office Park near O’Hare, which it moved into in 2012 to accomodate larger areas for TBI’s back office and channel support teams.
