Broadcom Channel Chief Outlines 2025 Aims

Brian Moats, Broadcom’s new SVP of global commercial sales and partners, published a new blog recently in which he elaborated on the company’s partner aims for 2025. The first step, he noted, would include collecting partner feedback and exploring opportunities for collaboration.

“I’m energized by the many opportunities ahead for Broadcom’s partner ecosystem, our mutual customers and the VMware and Broadcom software businesses,” said Moats. “As I step into my new role leading Broadcom’s global commercial sales and partner organization, I look forward to connecting directly with you — listening to your perspectives and feedback, while further collaborating on how we can drive mutual growth and achieve shared goals.”

In particular, Moats noted that the company will focus on driving growth, delivering value and strengthening alignment by prioritizing:

  • Value-based solution providers, strengthening its commitment to a select group of value-based solution providers that invest in VMware’s and Broadcom’s software businesses that align with the company’s technology vision and invest in skills, capabilities, dedicated resources and customer success.
  • Shifting professional services to partner-delivered models, a transition that represents opportunity for partners to lead and deliver critical implementation, consulting and optimization services to customers.
  • Successful paths to mutual customers’ VCF adoption, helping them modernize, optimize and future-proof IT infrastructure.
