Biz Technology Solutions (BTS) has partnered with Enghouse Interactive to offer its contact center software and services.
BTS and Enghouse will work hand-in-hand to offer diverse services using Microsoft’s Skype for Business and the Enghouse quality management solutions, the companies said.
