BullsEye has promoted Tim Basa to executive vice president of sales and marketing. In his new role, Basa will be responsible for both direct and indirect sales channels as well as provide the organization with a collaborated approach to the sales and marketing.
“This future is going to be a very exciting for BullsEye filled with expansion and enhancements,” said Bill Oberlin, chairman and CEO at BullsEye. “We are keenly focused on the relationship with our clients and channel partners, with the sunset of traditional phone service on the horizon, there has never been a more important time to have marketing and sales collaborate to ensure our customers and partners know how to stay ahead of the game. To help support this collaboration, we are promoting Tim to this newly created position.”
Oberlin added, “We understand marketing and sales go hand in hand. Tim has been using proven sales and marketing techniques to remain one of the most successful sales leaders in the telecom industry for 20 years. This promotion made perfect business sense, and I have the utmost confidence Tim will help lead BullsEye’s current and prospective customer base into the digital age of telecom that is already upon us.”
Basa, a two-time Channel Executive of the Year finalist, continues to lead the company’s strategy to proactively transition customers to digital voice service to combat the inevitable sunset of analog communications.
BullsEye has introduced two solutions to make the transition easier: integrated voice, which allows businesses to upgrade without having to change their phones; and hosted PBX, which includes Polycom phones to help customers migrate.
“As we continue to expand our service portfolio and market reach, sales and marketing efforts must be coordinated to grow the company’s revenues and enhance our client experience. The opportunities taking shape right now are exciting. I am confident our BullsEye team will continue to deliver the nation’s best solutions to businesses across the country,” said Basa.
