C3 Complete – a provider of technology, telecommunications and information security services – acquired the Cyber Security business unit of Compliance Solutions. This transaction is expected to help C3 grow its existing Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO), penetration testing and vulnerability assessment offerings. It will also allow C3 to add new capabilities for security risk assessment, digital forensics and incident response, CMMC and ISO 27001 readiness and SOC2 gap analysis, among other areas.

Jon – in addition to his 10 years of nationally recognized security and compliance consulting experience – brings more than 25 years of systems and network engineering experience to the C3 Complete team.
