In a recent interview, C3 Complete founder and CEO, Rick Mancinelli, revealed plans to open a new cutting-edge security operations center (SOC) in “South Florida,” effective April 1. This location will focus on enhancing cybersecurity and incident response for C3’s clients.
According to Mancinelli, some of the key features of the new SOC will include access to 24×7, in-house staffing, with zero outsourcing and an incident response room filled with cots, showers, food and supplies to support staff in staying on-site in order to better support extended events. Top customer benefits, meanwhile, include support for streamlined threat response, capability for providing enhanced security monitoring and support for maintaining regulatory compliance.
