TCN has announced its strategic partnership with master agency CarrierSales. CarrierSales will promote TCNs cloud-based contact center suite, Platform 3.0, to its agent network of VARs, MSPs, systems integrators, telecom resellers and hardware vendors.
CarrierSales will add Platform 3.0’s cloud-based delivery model with consumption-based pricing to its portfolio of hosted contact center offerings for its sales partners. It includes a predictive dialer, Interactive Voice Recording (IVR), call recording and business analytics. Partners can also generate sales opportunities by utilizing Platform 3.0s API tools that allow to existing CRM platforms, including Salesforce, SugarCRM, QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics.
