Master agency CarrierSales has partnered with EPIC Connections, which provides customer engagement and contact center optimization solutions.
The partnership gives CarrierSales’ partners across the country access to EPIC’s array of expertise in optimizing the contact center and improving the customer experience. EPIC also offers outsourcing, consulting and managed infrastructure services.
