Certinia revamped its partner program to deepen alignment and strengthen engagement with its critical partner ecosystem.
The modernized partner engagement experience will focus on deepening synergies, fostering collaboration, offering simplicity and providing progressively increasing benefits and recognition to partners as they invest in their Certinia capabilities and initiatives to drive mutual growth.
The revamped program will achieve several goals:
- Providing partners with improved clarity and understanding of where they fit into Certinia’s strategy to support more customers challenged with disparate or manual PSA systems.
- Facilitating business with Certinia, particularly from a sales and marketing standpoint.
- Formalizing partners as a foundation of strategy, leaning on existing relationships and cultivating new ones to reach more services organizations worldwide.
Partner benefits will include:
- Access to referral fees, co-selling opportunities and sales enablement materials.
- Making it easy to interact with the latest product toolkits and enablement content.
- Via Certinia Academy, equipping partners with resources to learn about its products, their technical capabilities and business value.
- Via its Partner Center of Excellence, offering templates, guidelines and resources to ensure successful project implementations.
The program also includes three tracks:
- Services partners that work directly with customers to implement Certinia solutions.
- Referral partners that source new sales opportunities in exchange for a referral fee.
- Resell partners that market and resell Certinia solutions to end customers.
Beyond these tracks, Certinia also maintains strategic partnerships with Salesforce and AWS to strengthen its ability to deliver innovative solutions and expand reach.
